Our mission is to cultivate a new generation of VFX artists and digital storytellers by providing industry-standard training, mentorship, and immersive project-based learning. We are committed to fostering creativity, technical mastery, and professional growth through a curriculum rooted in innovation, collaboration, and real-world application.

Our studio is not only a hub for professional development but also a catalyst for urban revitalization—transforming industrial spaces into dynamic centers for creativity, education, and economic opportunity. 10. 80’ x 80’ Rooftop Deck: Elevated Creative Commons & Activation Space
Description:
Perched atop the facility, the 80’ x 80’ rooftop deck offers 6,400 square feet of open-air space with panoramic views of the surrounding urban landscape. Designed with structural reinforcement, high load-bearing capacity, and wind-rated railings, the deck functions as a flexible venue that blends natural beauty with creative innovation. The space can be partially landscaped with planters and seating, outfitted with event lighting and AV infrastructure, and zoned into programmable sections.

Design Features:

  • Durable composite decking or rooftop pavers

  • Modular seating, trellis, and softscape planters

  • Integrated power and water access points

  • Event lighting and retractable shade systems
