Our Journey
Public Space Renovation
See Urban Arc's vision for this industrial site at 1601 Ridgely Street. A 10,000 square foot, former home of an elevator maintenance company. Urban Arc is transforming this facility into a full service artist studio facility. Housing multiple individual studio spaces, wood & metal shop, CNC fabrication studio, gallery and outdoor common space with coffee bar.
Public Exhibition Space
Design & development of the Last Resort Art Garden Project, a captivating addition to the landscape of historic East Baltimore. Developed as part of the visionary initiative "The Last Resort Artist Retreat" by acclaimed artist Derrick Adams, this project aims to foster artistic rejuvenation, celebrate Afro American artists, and connect with the community. https://www.raunjiba.com/last-resort-art-garden
Urban Redevelopment
Step into a world of wonder and excitement a project proposed to the Baltimore Peninsula Development group, is an addition to the waterfront: Tidewater Pier. This magnificent structure serves as an extension of Tidewater Street, gracefully stretching into picturesque Winans Cove. Prepare to be captivated by the innovative design of this Pier, divided into three distinct sections, each offering a unique and immersive experience.
Landmark Restoration
Senior construction management for renovation of the former French embassy in Washington DC, during the buildings transition to the Embassy of Cameroon. Responsible for the restoration of architectural elements, carved reliefs and built-in furnishings.
Marketing Activation
Design Installation and construction of a prefabricated Brazilian soccer village, Event activation in Corona Park Queens. Client NIKE, Nike "Play Beautiful" World Cup Campaign.
Creative Development
Urban Arc CEO, Scott Tucker was awarded a Proclamation by the Mayor of Yonkers, NY for his work developing a creative arts space for youth development with in The Mills at Yonkers, part of the historic Alexander Carpet Mills in Yonkers, New York contains over 400,000 square feet of unique flex warehouse, storage & industrial space for filming & tv production, location shooting, distribution, artists & businesses.
