ABOUT THE SERIES
BODEGA is a 3 week gallery residency program hosted by Urban Arc Studio in Baltimore, Maryland, dedicated to fostering cultural exchange through contemporary art, collecting, craftsmanship, and community.
Each residency welcomes a visiting gallery or curatorial organization from outside Baltimore to present a three-week exhibition alongside local artists, designers, and makers. Through thoughtful programming and collector engagement, BODEGA seeks to establish Baltimore as a destination for innovative cultural experiences.

OUR MISSION

To connect Baltimore with leading creative communities across the country by creating meaningful opportunities for artists, galleries, collectors, and cultural institutions to engage in dialogue, collaboration, and commerce.

Art Gallery Visitors

CURATORIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Participating galleries are responsible for:

  • Curating the exhibition.

  • Artwork transportation and insurance.

  • Exhibition sales management.

  • Providing artist biographies and exhibition materials.

  • Participation in public programming.

  • Supporting promotional efforts.
